Feast in the Mountains, August 1st, 2010, 1pm - 5pm,
Rebagliati Park, Whistler, BC
Feast in the Mountains showcases BC's culinary bounty by transforming Whistler’s Rebagliati Park into a roaming gourmet sampling of local foods. Spend a summer’s afternoon amidst BC’s Coastal Mountains, wonder the park and savour the creations of BC’s best. Visit each vendor booth comprising of award-winning chefs, farmers, food artisans, vintners and brewers for a sampling of their offerings.
FarmFolkCityFolk welcomes new Executive Director, Nicholas Scapillati.
Nicholas is a dedicated activist and conservationist. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biogeography, from McMaster University and has worked in conservation for over 15 years. First with the David Suzuki Foundation as a researcher & project coordinator working on Climate Change, Marine Conservation, and the Great Bear Rainforest project. more
